En plus de promouvoir le r\u00e9gime DASH, riche en fruits, l\u00e9gumes, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes et produits laitiers all\u00e9g\u00e9s, la directive actualis\u00e9e recommande de r\u00e9duire l&#8217;apport en sodium et d&#8217;augmenter l&#8217;apport en potassium pour r\u00e9duire la tension art\u00e9rielle. Cependant, l&#8217;exc\u00e8s de potassium peut nuire \u00e0 certains patients, comme ceux qui souffrent d&#8217;une maladie r\u00e9nale ou qui prennent certains m\u00e9dicaments. Diminuez la quantit\u00e9 de lipides dans votre r\u00e9gime alimentaire. Les r\u00e9gimes alimentaires riches en graisses sont associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la FA et contribuent \u00e0 l&#8217;ath\u00e9roscl\u00e9rose.<\/li>\n<li>Tabagisme \u2014 Le risque d&#8217;accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral (AVC) augmente lorsque la consommation de cigarettes augmente.<\/li>\n<li>Sport \u2013 Les recommandations en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique comprennent 90 \u00e0 150 minutes d&#8217;exercices de r\u00e9sistance a\u00e9robique et\/ou dynamique par semaine et\/ou 3 s\u00e9ances hebdomadaires d&#8217;exercices de r\u00e9sistanc isom\u00e9trique.<\/li>\n<li>Respectez les niveaux recommand\u00e9s de consommation d\u2019alcool \u2013 une consommation excessive d\u2019alcool est un facteur de risque.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9vitez les excitants \u2013 les m\u00e9dicaments stimulants, y compris ceux que l\u2019on trouve dans les m\u00e9dicaments contre le rhume en vente libre, une consommation excessive de caf\u00e9ine et de
